Support Groups
Monthly small-group meetups for neurodivergent vets, nurses, and students — facilitated, confidential, free.
The Veterinary Neuroinclusion Initiative is building community, mentorship, and practical resources for neurodivergent veterinarians, technicians, and students — so that every brain belongs in the clinic space.

"I have finally found an organization that will make positive change in the veterinary industry."
— Dr. M., DVM
Our mission

Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, and otherwise neurodivergent veterinary professionals bring pattern recognition, empathy, and rigor the profession depends on — yet too often they work in environments built for one kind of nervous system.
We exist to change that. Through peer community, accommodation toolkits, and faculty partnerships, we make veterinary education and practice somewhere neurodivergent people can stay, grow, and lead.
By and for
Every program is shaped by neurodivergent veterinary professionals themselves.
Practical
We publish research backed procedures built specifically to foster more inclusive environments.
Affirming
Difference is not deficit. We start there, and we end there.
